The East Java Regional POlice have successfully arrested a man with the initials of NK (61) who is the caregiver of an orphanage in Surabaya as the perpetrator behind the sexual abuse case in the orphanage.
The Social Ministry will check all orphanage accreditation across Indonesia. This step is taken following the sexual abuse case committed by the owner of Kunciran Indah Orphanage in Tangerang.
