Thousands of joint personnel were deployed to secure the plenary session at the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) and two demonstrations in different locations in Central Jakarta. This joint personnel consists of police, military, and DKI Jakarta Provincial Government personnel.

"Security for the demonstration in Central Jakarta and the plenary session is 1,895 personnel," explained Central Jakarta Regional Metro Police Chief Senior Superintendent Susatyo Purnomo Condro, Tuesday (11/18/2025).

For the demonstrations in the two locations, said Susatyo, the one around Monas was held by a labor group from the Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Metal Workers Union Federation. In addition, the demonstration in front of the Constitutional Court was organized by the Constitutional Court Care Alliance.

He added that the protestors were reminded that expressing opinions is the right of every citizen, but must still be done peacefully.

"Let's maintain a conducive situation so that the message conveyed can be well received," said Susatyo
