inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Pamekasan Sub-regional Police have questioned three individuals in connection with alleged bribery in the Free Nutritional Meals (MBG) program involving the Regional Coordinator (Korwil) of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) in Pamekasan Regency.

"The three individuals we have questioned are two from the reporting party, namely from the Revolutionary Student and Community Forum (Formasi) and the Nusantara Fact-Finding Team (TPF-N), and one from the accused party, namely the BGN Regional Coordinator in Pamekasan Regency," said Pamekasan Sub-regional Police Public Relations Head, Second Police Inspector Yoni Evan Pratama, on Monday (7/7/2026).

The police are investigating the alleged MBG bribery case in Pamekasan Regency based on public reports alleging bribery and abuse of authority by the Pamekasan BGN regional coordinator.

The report alleges that the Regional Coordinator of the MBG in Pamekasan Regency has committed several alleged violations of the law.

These include bribery and gratuities during his tenure as Regional Coordinator of the MBG in Pamekasan Regency, ethical violations involving holding multiple positions, illegal construction of MBG kitchen infrastructure due to the lack of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL), and alleged extortion in determining the coordinates for the construction of the MBG kitchen.

"We are currently scheduling summonses for all heads of MBG kitchens in Pamekasan Regency to complete the investigation," said Yoni.

He also asked the public to remain calm and entrust the handling of the case to the police.

"We are also planning to re-examine the accused to complete the investigation file," he said.

Previously, on June 6, 2026, the accused, HR, visited the Pamekasan Police Headquarters and underwent a nearly 10-hour interrogation.

At the time, he denied any involvement in the collusion involving bribery related to the MBG kitchen's operational permit, as alleged by the complainant.
