Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander Gen. Agus Subiyanto has reshuffled several senior officers, including regional military commanders and the TNI’s chief spokesperson, under Decree No. Kep/1334/IX/2025 on appointments and dismissals within the TNI.
“Rotations are part of the organization’s regeneration and operational needs,” he said in a brief statement confirming the decree on Tuesday (14/10/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
Among key changes, Brigadier General Wahyu Yudhayana, previously Army Spokesman, has been appointed as Presidential Military Secretary at the State Secretariat. His former post is now held by Colonel Donny Pramono, who formerly served at the Army Intelligence Center.
Major General. Bangun Nawoko has been promoted as Commander of the Hasanuddin Regional Command, replacing Major General Windiyanto, who is now Deputy Commander of the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (Kodiklatad). Other rotations include Brigadier General Frega Ferdinand Wenas Inkiriwang’s move to the Defense Ministry’s Strategic Policy Directorate.
