Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Traffic Corps marked the 70th Bhayangkara Traffic Day by reaffirming its commitment to become a more humane and modern traffic police force.
“With the 70th Bhayangkara Traffic Day, we expect public participation to help us build a more modern, empathetic, and humane traffic police, one that is closer to society,” said Traffic Corps Chief Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho on Monday (22/9/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
The celebration included inviting online motorcycle taxi drivers and distributing food packages, reflecting the corps’ goal of being closer to all road users.
Chief Agus also underlined the Traffic Corps’’ commitment to collaborate with communities and stakeholders to create safer and more orderly traffic.
The ceremony concluded with INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo launching the “Digital Korlantas” app, designed to streamline services such as driver’s license renewal and home delivery of documents.
