inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Police Professional and Security Division of Metro Jaya Regional Police held another Police Professional Ethics Code (KKEP) Hearing related to the Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) extortion case. The first trial was carried out by the violator with the initials HJS.

"(Imposing) administrative sanctions in the form of a demotion mutation for eight years outside the law enforcement function," said Senior Superintendent Erdi in an official statement on Tuesday (1/14/2025) evening.

Furthermore, Erdi explained that the trial was also carried out on LH who was also sanctioned and was required to apologize verbally in the trial and in writing to the Indonesian National Police leadership. The violator must also undergo a 20-day special detention from December 20th, 2024 to January 8th, 2025.

"Then, the mutation is a demotion for five years outside the law enforcement function," continued Erdi.

The two violators, said Erdi, appealed the verdict.
