Inp.polri.go.id – Papua. The Armed Criminal Group shot two civilians at Okpol Village, Oksibil District, Papua Mountains at 19:00 on Monday (9/18/2023). Head of Papua Regional Police Public Relations division, Grand Commissioner Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo says the incident began when the two victims, Regina Bitdana (50) and Jonas Kalakmabin (35), were in the kitchen to prepare dinner. Suddenly they heard gunshots from outside. “And the bullets hit them,” said Benny on Tuesday (9/19/2023). Regina suffers a bullet injury in her above the left ankle while Jonas was hit in his left ankle. “Currently the two victims are being treated at Oksibil Hospital to receive medical aid,” report Benny.
