Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Chief of Indonesian National Police (INP) Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo underscored the significance of embracing public criticism as a means to enhance the institution during the Kompolnas (National Police Commission) Awards 2023 event on Wednesday (21/6/23).

"Our approach involves preparing the INP to operate as a modern organization that is receptive to feedback, open to change, and unafraid of constructive criticism," he said.

He also stressed the imperative for all INP members to consistently adapt and evolve, as this will ensure their preparedness in addressing the ongoing challenges.

"I consistently emphasize the need to abandon our inclination to cling to our comfort zones. We must be willing to embrace change, as it is the only way to navigate through the current circumstances and prevent being overwhelmed by them," he affirmed.

In his closing remarks, he urged all INP members to foster a shared ethos of continuous self-improvement and resilience in the face of adversity and maintaining neutrality to attain a state of transparency and impartiality within the institution.
