inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections Otto Hasibuan emphasized that State Civil Apparatus (ASN) can maintain neutrality and synergy following the dynamics of the demonstrations that took place at the end of August 2025.

He said that ASN neutrality is the key to maintaining bureaucratic credibility, especially after the dynamics of the demonstrations conveying the 17+8 People's Demands.

"ASN is required to remain upright in the rules, not get caught up in political polarization, and prioritize the interests of the nation above all else," said Otto on Tuesday (9/16/2025).

He conveyed five important points that ASN must implement, namely maintaining neutrality in attitudes, public services, and decision-making; upholding professionalism through real performance; and maintaining integrity and discipline, especially in the use of social media.
