"Responsive and community-oriented legal services are crucial," said Minister Supratman Andi Agtas in Manado on Friday (2/27/2026).

He emphasized that legal services must be more accessible and provide certainty to the public, while staff at the North Sulawesi Regional Office are expected to maintain integrity and professionalism.

Agtas expressed his hope that the visit would strengthen the spirit of unity and the commitment of all employees to support the implementation of the Ministry of Law's duties and functions, particularly in providing excellent legal services to the people of North Sulawesi.

During the working visit, Minister Agtas inspected several facilities and service areas, including public service rooms and operational support facilities.

He also held brief discussions with service officers to directly assess the service conditions and staff's readiness to carry out their legal duties.
