inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) has urged the incident related to the raid at the Hamalatul Quran Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo, Central Java, to serve as a lesson for the leaders of police work units in the regions.
"Our hope is that our colleagues who are currently serving as Police Chiefs reflect and learn from this incident," said the Head of INP Public Relations Division, Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir, at INP Criminal Investigation Agency Building in Jakarta on Tuesday (11/3/2026).
According to Isir, the lesson to be learned from this incident is that the implementation of leadership duties in work units must be carried out appropriately and professionally.
"Especially during the implementation of proportional and ethical law enforcement, various aspects must be calculated and carefully examined," he added.
He stated that Superintendent Andhika Dharma Sena has been transferred from his former position as Sukoharjo Sub-regional Police Chief and is undergoing an ethics review at the INP's Professional and Security Division (Propam), following complaints related to the raid at the Islamic boarding school.
"ADS has been transferred and is undergoing an evaluation and investigation process," he said.
The vacant position of Sukoharjo Sub-regional Police Chief has been filled by Superintendent Indra Maulana Saputra, who previously served as Boyolali Sub-regional Police Chief.
