In providing comfort and security for the people amidst the election period, Kapuas Mantap Brata Operation dispath two Platoon Level Unit of Mobile Brigade Unit, and Uniformed Reguler Police Corps to Kubu Raya Regency on Monday (2/26/2024). The West Kalimantan Regional Police PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Raden Petit Wijaya explains that the deployment of two Platoon Level Unit initiative is to anticipate security disturbances during plenary session in Kubu District. “Yes, we have indeed deployed two Platoon Level Unit to Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, for plenary session district level security,” said Raden. Furthermore, the two Platoon Level Unit reportedly have arrived in Rasau Jaya Port at 09.00 am and will immediately conduct security operation of Open Plenary Session and 2024 vote recapitulation result in Kubu District. “The security conducted by Kapuas Mantap Brata Operation Task Force is an open operation so that people would remain ease and calm with the presence of INP personnel at the location,” continued Raden. Moreover, Raden implores local community to support the security operation to ensure the plenary session goes safely and conducive. “I implore all people, particularly those who monitor the plenary session in district level to maintain security and order.
