Inp.polri.go.id - Mamuju. The Medical and Health Service Unit of the West Sulawesi Regional Police, in collaboration with Bhayangkara Hospital Mamuju, organized a social and health service event for residents in Simboro and Kepulauan District, Mamuju Regency, on Tuesday, (18/8/2026).
Held at the Bhayangkara Hospital Mamuju grounds, the healthcare drive formed part of the West Sulawesi Police's support for the national food security agenda, specifically accompanying a simultaneous garlic planting initiative in the region.
"This social and health service event reflects Polri's care for the community. We want Biddokkes Polda Sulbar's presence to support government priorities, including national garlic self-sufficiency," said Medical and Health Service Unit Head SUperintendent dr. Elvis Jefferson.
Head of Bhayangkara Hospital Mamuju First Inspector dr. Andi Iqbal Iskandar added that maintaining public health is directly tied to agricultural productivity and regional development.
