Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Jakarta-Bandung bullet train of Whoosh has attracted many customers. The enthusiasm of the community is so high in trying the first Indonesian bullet train. From the data reported, the Whoosh Bullet Train passengers increased and reached its highest passengers of 11,329 on Saturday October 21st, 2023. “The numbers recorded from 22 travels of bullet train with 14 regular travels and 8 additional travels,” says General Manager Corporate Secretary of Indonesia-China Bullet Train (KCIC) Eva Chairunisa, Sunday (10/22/2023). The General Manager Corporate Secretary also reveals the average of Jakarta-Bandung bullet train occupancy on October 21st, 2023 has reached 86%. She reveals that there are several routes and schedules where the occupancy rates reached 95%. She explains the increase in occupancy shows the high interest of people who wants to try the bullet train. After officials saw the high occupancy in bullet train, KCIC immediately prepares anticipation measures by providing additional schedules to better accommodate passengers. KCIC will prepare and improve their service around the train station from the waiting rooms, counters, commercial areas, to inside the trains while on the way. KCIC will also continuously communicate with Indonesian Train (KAI) and other related stakeholders to accommodate transportation for people who wants to continue the journey from Cimahi, Bandung, or other destinations.
