inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Zaimul Umam, a young Islamic figure and caretaker of the LP3IA Al-Quran Narukan Islamic Boarding School, expressed his appreciation for the results of the 2026 Kompas Research and Development Survey, which showed an increase in public trust, satisfaction, and a positive image of the Indonesian National Police (INP).

Based on the survey results, public trust in INP reached 82.4 percent. According to him, this achievement reflects the public's growing appreciation for the various efforts to improve, dedicate, and enhance services undertaken by INP.

In his statement, Zaimul Umam, stated that the increase in public trust is not merely a statistical figure, but rather demonstrates the public's high expectations for INP as protectors, guardians, and servants of the community.

"As part of the Islamic boarding school community, we welcome the results of the 2026 Kompas Research and Development Survey, which shows an increase in public trust, satisfaction, and a positive image of INP. This increase is not merely a statistic, but a reflection of the efforts, hard work, and dedication that are starting to be felt directly by the community," he said.

He believes that amidst various social challenges, technological developments, and the dynamics of national life, the presence of police officers close to the community is a crucial need. For Islamic boarding schools, he continued, security and peace are the main foundations for producing a generation that is smart and noble in character.

"When the community feels safe, students can study in peace, parents feel at ease, and social life can run smoothly," he said.

While appreciating this achievement, Zaimul Umam reminded that the increased public trust must be interpreted as a mandate that must be upheld by all Bhayangkara personnel.

He hopes the survey results will motivate all members of the Indonesian National Police to continue improving their professionalism, integrity, and service to the public with a humanistic and just approach.
