Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Directorate General of Immigration held a coordination meeting with foreign missions on Wednesday (14/5/2025) in Sentul, West Java, to outline recent immigration policy updates, particularly on visas and residence permits.
“We want foreign representatives to fully understand our latest immigration policies so they can assist their citizens and help strengthen bilateral ties,” said Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman, as quoted by antaranews.com.
The event included panel discussions covering new regulations such as the Golden Visa and Bridging Visa, as well as a refresher on existing policies. Immigration Cooperation Director Felucia Sengky added that sessions also addressed law enforcement, immigration supervision, and legal aid in cross-border civil cases.
A coaching clinic was held to provide direct consultations with facilitators from the visa and residence permit divisions. Foreign representatives were briefed on updated English-language immigration materials available through the Immigration Directorate’s official Instagram account.
Ambassadors and diplomatic envoys from Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Cuba, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan attended the meeting.
