Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Industry now enforces sanctions on companies that fail to submit regular reports through the National Industrial Information System (SIINas), in line with Ministerial Regulation No. 13/2025.
“Compliance is not just a legal obligation, but a shared responsibility to ensure accurate data for policy-making,” said Adie Rochmanto Pandiangan, Expert Staff at Kemenperin, during an online briefing, on Friday (11/4/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
Non-compliant companies risk losing access to ministry services and could face administrative penalties. Conversely, those adhering to the reporting requirement will be prioritized for government facilities and support.
The ministry views consistent data submission as essential to maintaining the credibility of the national industrial ecosystem. Regular monitoring and evaluation will be carried out to uphold reporting discipline.
Local administrations and industry associations are urged to play a role in promoting compliance, positioning data reporting as a strategic contribution to national development rather than an administrative burden.
