Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Internal Affairs Profession and Security Division (Propam) has launched a 24/7 complaint service for the public to report misconduct by police officers.
According to Propam’s official X account (@Divpropam), complaints can be submitted via WhatsApp at 085555554141.
To file a report, complainants must send a greeting, provide their National Identification Number (NIK), and complete an online form through a link provided by the system. They must also upload a photo of their ID and a selfie holding it before submitting their complaint, according to antaranews.com.
A registration number will be issued for tracking the report via WhatsApp. Complaints can also be made in person at Propam service centers, including the INP Headquarters in Jakarta.
"If your complaint is delayed, tag @Divpropam—we’ll ensure it’s properly processed," the division said in its statement.
This service builds on Propam’s previous hotline for reporting police involvement in online gambling as part of an ongoing crackdown.
