inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Police Commission (Kompolnas) highlights the Clean, Transparent, Accountable and Humanistic (Betah) system which is implemented in the current Indonesian National Police (INP) recruitment system.
“From our inspection, so far INP has shown their commitment in recruiting new members through Betah system,” says Commissioner Yusuf Warsyim on Monday (12/9/2024).
He iterated that Kompolnas fully support the Betah system in strengthening the INP recruitment program. Even, the system has also become the guidelines for functional supervision of the performance and integrity of Polri members and officials in conducting recruitment and selection.
“For me, as a member of Kompolnas, INP recruitment and selection is very strategic in acquiring the best police member that is quality and integrated,” explains Yusuf.
In the 2024 World Anti-Corruption Day, he says, Kompolnas is very hopeful that Betah concept can become the role model in realizing performance and integrity of members who are increasingly trusted by the public.
