inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Indonesian National Police (INP) conducted an examination of several witnesses related to the Bekasi sea fence case today. One of the witnesses being examined was from the TRPN.
"Today we invite 10 people as witnesses, including those from the TRPN, for examination," said the Director of the General Criminal Investigation, Brigadier General Djuhandani Raharjo Puro when confirmed on Monday (2/17/2025).
Previously reported, police investigators revealed the modus operandi used by the alleged perpetrators in the case of installing a sea fence in the Segarajaya Village area, Bekasi, West Java. In this case, it is suspected that there was falsification of the certificate of ownership (SHM) documents which were used as the basis for installing the sea fence.
"Data and facts obtained shows that the alleged modus operandi carried out by the individuals or perpetrators was to change the data of 93 SHMs," said Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro on last Friday (2/14/2025).
