Indonesian National Police (INP) Head o Traffic Corps Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho raised his confidence that the 2025 Operation Ketupat, a traffic operation, will proceed smoothly, citing comprehensive preparations in coordination with relevant ministries and agencies.

“Evaluations and comparisons of past operations from 2023–2024 have provided a solid framework for this year’s implementation,” he said on Friday (21/3/2025).

Chief Agus said that the Traffic Corps has conducted surveys, mitigation measures, and periodic field assessments to refine operational strategies. With these preparations, he expects a safe and orderly operation.

“I urge everyone involved to maintain responsibility and strong collaboration to ensure the success of the 2025 Ketupat Operation,” he added, as quoted by antaranews.com.

On Friday, he officially deployed the Regional Monitoring Officers (Pamatwil) team to monitor traffic management during the Eid Al-Fitr homecoming and return flow.
