inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The State Logistics Agency (Bulog) continues to innovate in its food distribution services. One example is the use of the Banpang Bulog app to address the challenges of the digital era.

This application is used by officers to verify data and record the distribution of food aid, such as rice. The distribution process is carried out digitally to boost accuracy and efficiency.

"For example, for rice, we use the Banpang application to distribute food aid to 18.2 million beneficiaries," said Bulog President Director, Ahmad Rizal on Wednesday (10/22/2025).

He explained that this digital system reduces the risk of misappropriation and ensures that aid reaches its intended recipients. The application also records all distribution activities in real time.

"This includes the SPHP rice, which we distribute digitally through the application," he explained.

He also added that rice orders can now be placed directly through the application. This innovation speeds up the distribution process and facilitates stock monitoring.

"We integrate the big data we have and synergize it with AI technology," he explained.

He also said this technology will facilitate supply chain control and predict future food needs. Bulog will continue to develop this system to strengthen national distribution performance.
