inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Anti-Terror Special Detachment (Densus) 88 of the Indonesian National Police (INP), in collaboration with the Ministry of Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (KP2MI), held a seminar for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) on October 20-22, 2025, at the BP3MI DKI Jakarta Hall, Ciracas, East Jakarta.
The event was attended by 425 prospective PMI who will be working in various countries, including Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Brunei Darussalam, and the United Arab Emirates.
The socialization aimed to educate prospective PMI about radicalism and radical ideology, and to equip them with strategies to reject such invitations in the workplace and digital media.
Furthermore, the event aimed to instill national values based on the four basic consensuses of the state as the main bulwark against the influence of radicalism.
Through this activity, it is hoped that prospective PMI will become prevention ambassadors in their respective communities and develop a strong understanding of how to counter the potential spread of radical ideology.
