Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. Bali Regional Police is scheduled to implement traffic diversions in Nusa Dua, Badung Regency, to maintain security and smooth operations during the 2nd Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) Summit and High-Level Forum on Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (HLF MSP) 2024.

Senior Superintendent  Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, the Bali Police Head of Public Relations,  said on Friday (30/8/2024) traffic management will involve lane closures and rerouting from Sunday) to Tuesday. 

The strategy aims to facilitate the event, ensuring that activities for the public, tourists, delegates, and foreign guests proceed without issue, as reported by antaranews.com.

For the gala dinner at the Intercontinental Bali Resort on Sunday, traffic will be rerouted and lanes may be temporarily closed around the venue. Specific changes include diversions on Jalan Raya Jimbaran towards Simpang Kali Jimbaran and adjustments around the Udayana University campus area.

Local residents are advised to follow traffic updates, especially in Nusa Dua, to support the summit.
