inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. The Bali Regional Police's Directorate of Traffic Security plans to implement an odd-even system in the two coastal areas on Saturday (09/25/21).
The police have also carried out the socialisation step so that the public understands that there are odd-even rules in the tourist areas of Sanur Beach and Kuta Beach.
Bali Regional Police's Directorate of traffic Security, Pol. Grand Commissioner Prianto said that the police officers at the location would not give fines for those caught violating odd-even.
Bali Regional Police personnel who walk at the access points to Sanur Beach and Kuta Beach will only lure people to turn-back.
"The way to take action is that vehicles that do not match the date will be asked to turn back. Of course, the access points for these two beaches will be guarded by the relevant authorities involving the local Pecalang (customary police)," explained Pol. Grand Commissioner Prianto, Sunday (09/19/21).
The odd-even rule will only be applied on Saturdays and Sundays, National Holidays and Facultative Holidays.
