Inp.polri.go.id - Malang. Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi won a hard-fought 3-0 victory (25-20, 27-25, 26-24) over Medan Falcons Tirta Bhagasasi during the second round of Proliga 2026 at GOR Ken Arok, Malang, on Saturday night (7/2/2026).
Despite the straight-set scoreline, the Falcons pushed the favorites to deuce in the final two frames before Bhayangkara’s local roster depth sealed the win, as reported by antaranews.com.
"We intentionally gave our local players the opportunity to perform while resting our foreign players," said Bhayangkara coach Reidel Toiran during the post-match press conference, noting that such rotations are limited to the regular season.
While Medan Falcons coach Ariyanto lamented missed opportunities during counter-attacks and reception errors, his team remains mathematically alive for a final four spot despite sitting in fifth place with only one point.
The victory strengthened Bhayangkara Presisi’s second-place standing in the league with 10 points, trailing leaders Jakarta Lavani Livin' Mandiri.
