inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Traffic Directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police will suspend the Car Free Day (CFD) around Sudirman - Thamrin during the inauguration of the elected President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka on Sunday (10/20/2024).

“Usually Sunday is a Car Free Day. However, with the upcoming inauguration event on Sunday, we will have to suspend CFD for this week,” says the Director of Metro Jaya Regional Police Traffic Directorate, Senior Superintendent Latif Usman on Friday (10/18/2024).

Latif also says that his party will prioritize the presidential VVIP entourage in Sudirman-Thamrin road.

“Because of the many heads of states that will be present during the day, we will prioritize their passing on Sudirman-Thamrin street,” says Latif.

For that, he appealed to the public to find other alternative routes during the inauguration of the President and Vice President later.

"The public is welcome to choose another route to avoid the Sudirman-Thamrin route," appealed Latif.
