Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Central Jakarta Metropolitant Sub-regional Police held a Night Run event in front of its headquarters on Friday, to mark the 80th Bhayangkara Day. The activity aimed to strengthen community relations through positive and healthy engagement.

Central Jakarta Police Chief Senior Superintendent Dr. Reynold E.P. Hutagalung said the event was more than a sporting activity.

“Night Run is a moment to strengthen ties, build togetherness, and show Polri’s closeness to the community,” he said on Saturday (27/6/2026).

Chief Reynold added that the initiative also encouraged residents to adopt healthy lifestyles while supporting collective efforts to maintain public order and safety. The event was carried out smoothly, with participants and spectators showing strong enthusiasm.The race featured 80 selected participants from eight districts across Central Jakarta.
