inp.polri.go.id - The Traffic Corps (Korlantas) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) noted that the number of vehicles from the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) toll road to the Trans Java toll road has decreased since yesterday and the number of vehicles heading to Jakarta has increased by 51%. "The comparison of flows both in and out of Jakarta via the Cikampek Toll Road on April 29 to 30, 2022 decreased by 6%," explained the Head of the Public Relations Division (Kadiv Humas) of Polri, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, Sunday (1/5/22). It was recorded that on April 29, there are around 105,016 vehicles go to the Trans Java Toll Road. Meanwhile on April 30, the number had decreased to 98,374 vehicles. In the opposite direction, there was a significant increase in vehicles heading to Jakarta, which is 51%. "Jakarta's inflows rose 51% from 5,205 to 7,868 vehicles," he stated. Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo explained that the number of vehicles to Merak-Sumatra also decreased by 3%. The decrease in vehicle volume indicates that the peak of the homecoming flow has passed. This is to avoid the density of the road. We thank the people who have obeys the law during the trio.
