Inp.polri.go.id - Paniai.  The Damai Cartenz Task Force continues to strengthen preventive approaches to create sustainable security stability in Papua, particularly in areas prone to social conflicts.

Brigadier General Faizal Ramadani, the Commander of the Damai Cartenz Task Force, said the events such as "Sharing Joy with Children" held in Paniai Regency on Sunday is a preventive step that emphasizes a human-centered approach.

“This activity provides direct interaction between officers and the community, especially the younger generation, to instill values of peace from an early age,” he said, as quoted by antaranews.com. 

The Task Force believes building community trust through empathetic approaches is more effective than using force to address potential conflicts. It also continues to strengthen social networks and dialogue with communities and carries out community patrols to enhance the sense of security and reduce potential security disturbances.

The Task Force Head of Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Yusuf Sutejo, also stressed the importance of active community involvement in maintaining a conducive environment by avoiding provocations and prioritizing deliberation.
