Inp.polri.go.id - Papua. The Papua Regional Police have sent 31 personnel to strengthen Keerom Sub-regional Police in securing the upcoming 2024 General Election.  

Head of Keerom Sub-regional Police Ops Division, Police Senior Superintendent Agus Tianto along with key officials warmly welcomes the dozens of assigned members for the Mantap Brata Operation.

  “The arrival of Papua Regional Police assigned member aims to ensure the security during the election process. The assigned personnel will strengthen the security of Mobile Brigade Corps and Sub-regional Police HQs,” says Agus on Thursday (1/4/2024).   Agus also emphasized that the assigned personnel have to build synergy with the military as part of effort in maintaining the security situation in the area.   “My message to the assigned personnel is to upheld our neutrality during this year’s election. I hope our duty in maintaining security in Keerom Regency would go smoothly, safe, and conducive,” conclude Agus.   (ad/pt/pr/nm)
