"Eid al-Adha is not just about the ritual of sacrifice. More than that, it is a reflection on how we must dare to sacrifice for the greater good, share with others, and foster sincerity," said Puan in her statement quoted from Antaranews on Friday (6/6/2025).

To that end, Puan invited the entire community to make Eid al-Adha a reflective moment to strengthen the sense of humanity and social solidarity.

"Eid al-Adha teaches us to care, especially for those who live in limitations. For those who have ample sustenance, this is the right time to share and strengthen brotherhood," said Puan.

In the context of strengthening the people's economy, Puan encourages the momentum of sacrifice to become a means to empower local livestock breeders.

According to her, this is a form of social mutual cooperation which is a characteristic or uniqueness of the Indonesian nation.

"Hopefully the sacrifices we carry out this year will not only be acts of worship, but also become a real contribution in building the social and economic resilience of the common people," said Puan.

In addition, she believes that the spirit of Eid al-Adha can also be a collective energy for all state administrators to always fight for the needs of the people, especially for those who live in hardship and limitations.

"True sacrifice is when we put the people above personal and group interests. That is the essence of leadership based on humanitarian values ​​and justice," she said.

Puan further said that her party is committed to continuing to fight for policies that side with the people and supervise every government program so its benefit can be felt by wider community.
