Ahead 2024 General Elections, Bintang Mountain Sub-regional Police Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant Mohamad Dafi Bastomi inspects the Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) logistic warehouse in Sentani, Jayapura on Wednesday (11/8/2023). The inspection was to ensure a smooth and secure elections. During the inspection, Head of Bintang Mountain KPUD Logistic Funds, Ludia Lambe Paa explains that her parties used two shophouse units located on Jalan Hawai, Sentani, Jayapura Regency for the warehouse. The inspection was to ensure there are no issues or problems that could affect the upcoming elections. It is worth noting that for Bintang Mountains Regency, its KPUD has prepared 2,458 ballot boxes, 956 bottles of ink and 1,912 voting booths. Bastomi asked security members who guards the warehouse to always comply with the security procedures, always monitor every person coming in and out of the warehouse. Bastomi also states that his party would also deploy several personnel to support the security of Bintang Mountains KPUD warehouse. (ad/ek/pr/nm)
