Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Starting from the 2026 fiscal year, the government will eliminate daily allowances for full-day meetings held outside office premises for civil servants, part of a broader cost-efficiency effort targeting operational expenditures.
According to the Ministry of Finance’s new regulation PMK No. 32/2025, daily allowances of Rp 130,000 will now only apply to meetings requiring overnight stays, categorized as fullboard.
“In 2025, we already removed allowances for half-day meetings. For 2026, even full-day meetings will no longer be eligible unless they involve accommodation,” said Lisbon Sirait, the Director General of Budget at the Ministry of Finance, on Monday (2/6/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
Routines such as room rental, meals, and hotel services will still be reimbursed based on annual price surveys conducted with BPS and universities. Hotel stay limits for official trips now range from Rp 2.14 million to Rp 9.33 million per night, depending on rank and location.
