Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs has officially blocked three private Electronic System Providers (PSEs) for failing to comply with mandatory registration regulations. Speaking before the House of Representatives (DPR) on Wednesday (4/2/2026), Director General of Digital Space Supervision Alexander Sabar confirmed the enforcement action follows multiple ignored notifications.

The ministry had monitored 60 platforms since May 2025, with most complying, while others faced technical hurdles via the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.

"Firm action in the form of blocking has been carried out against three PSEs that did not respond to or commit to registering," said Alexander, as cited by antaranews.com.

The Ministry is currently providing intensive assistance to seven additional platforms experiencing technical glitches, requiring them to submit regular progress reports. Alexander confirmed that access for the blocked entities can be restored once registration is finalized.

To prevent further disruptions, the ministry is collaborating with the Ministry of Investment to streamline the registration process and considers manual registration an option if technical system barriers persist.
