Responding to it, the traffic security division of police institution, including the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, has officially utilized mobile technology called ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement).   Previously ETLE used cameras installed on the number of roads as prove for violation, now police can monitor violation from ETLE mobile installed on their uniform, car, or motorbike.   On the other hand, this kind of reporting activity is also a moment for the public to take advantage of violations recorded as evidence of police good performance.   "Implementation of technology to record traffic violations electronically is way to support security, order, safety and order on the street. This is proof that fines can be done electronically, by photos or videos. The public (for example) can report the activities of a person or group of bikers who violate traffic regulation," explained the Director of Traffic Security of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police.   Currently, many devices are standard and can be used by the public, for example, intercom with a Sena 10C Pro or Sena 10C Evo camera, which is a communication tool and an action cam with quality above HD. Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police use the two devices produced by Sena Indonesia as part of ETLE Mobile.   With the device attached to the helmet, people who use motorcycles can record everyday moments on the road or during other two-wheeled activities, including when they face violations such as disturbing bikers.
