Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesia’s national football team announced on Monday (1/6/2026) a 23-man squad for the June 2026 FIFA Matchday, set to face Oman on 5 June  2026 and Mozambique on 9 June 2026 at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.

The squad includes notable changes, with captain Jay Idzes absent due to injury. Rising defender Mathew Baker earned promotion from youth ranks to fill the gap. Midfielder Marselino Ferdinan also makes a comeback, adding creativity to the lineup.

Goalkeepers Emil Audero, Maarten Paes, and Nadeo Argawinata headline the squad, alongside defenders Elkan Baggott, Sandy Walsh, Rizky Ridho, and Nathan Tjoe-A-On. Midfield options include Ivar Jenner, Joey Pelupessy, and Calvin Verdonk. The attack features Beckham Putra, Ragnar Oratmangoen, Saddil Ramdani, and Mauro Zijlstra.

The announcement reflected Indonesia’s strategy of blending experienced internationals with emerging talents.
