Inp.polri.go.id - Doha. Indonesia’s U-17 national football team closed their FIFA U-17 World Cup Group H campaign with a 2–1 victory over Honduras at Aspire Zone Field 2, Doha, on Monday (10/11/2025). 

The result placed Indonesia third in the group with three points but short of advancing due to goal difference.

“We’re proud of how the boys fought until the end. This win is important for their confidence,” said Indonesia coach Nova Arianto after the match, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Evandra Florasta opened the scoring with a 52nd-minute penalty after a video review confirmed a foul on Mierza Firjatullah. Honduras equalized just two minutes later when Luis Suazo converted another penalty following a handball by Putu Panji. 

The winning goal came in the 72nd minute from Fadly Alberto, who brilliantly controlled Fandi Ahmad’s cross before firing a right-footed shot into the top corner.
