Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo opened the 2025 INP Chief (Kapolri) Cup Shooting Championship at the Hoegeng Iman Santoso Precision Shooting Range in Depok, West Java, on Thursday (17/7/2025).

“This event aims to boost solidarity and synergy among ministries and enhance teamwork in joint operations,” he said during the opening ceremony, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Held over four days, the competition celebrates the 79th anniversary of Bhayangkara Day. A total of 1,033 participants from the Indonesian Military (TNI), the INP, and the public are competing, with exhibition matches involving ministries, law enforcement, and key stakeholders.

The championship is also designed to scout new shooting talents from the public and provide a platform for national athletes to improve their performance.

Chief Sigit also inaugurated the newly renovated Hoegeng Iman Santoso Precision Shooting Range, which now meets national and international standards.
