Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has introduced four "smart city" concepts for the construction of the new Yogyakarta Regional Police Headquarters.

During the groundbreaking ceremony on Sunday (3/5/2026), he explained that the facility is designed to enhance decision-making through real-time data and advanced digital infrastructure.

"The facility will include a social listening and sentiment intelligence system to monitor public opinion on social media, allowing police to respond to issues more quickly and accurately," Chief Sigit said, as reported by antaranews.com..

The four-pillar strategy includes a centralized command center for fact-based decisions, a cyber security defense center to combat digital crimes, and a decision intelligence system that converts data into actionable knowledge.

This modernization effort aims to protect digital systems from hacking and online fraud while ensuring that leadership decisions remain accurate and sustainable in facing modern security challenges.
