Head of the Indonesian National Police (INP) International Relations Division Inspector General Krishna Murti and the Head of the INP Task Force for Turkey Humanitarian Mission 2023, Brigadier General Gatot Tri Suryanta, donated toys and snacks to children affected by the Turkish earthquake in Hatay City, Turkey.

"The INP provided psychosocial assistance to children affected by the Turkish earthquake in Hatay City yesterday. We gave them toys and snacks to keep them cheerful," said the Head of the Task Force on Thursday (2/23/23).

The Emergency Medical Team (EMT) also continued to provide medical services at the Indonesian Field Hospital in Hatay, he added. On Wednesday, the field hospital opened from 7 am to 8 pm to provide medical services for the earthquake victims.

"The field hospital administered medical treatments to 276 patients yesterday," he explained.

Coordinating Minister for Human Development Muhadjir Effendy and Head of the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) Lieutenant General Suharyanto paid a visit to the field hospital on earlier Wednesday, he said.
