Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Agency has seized approximately Rp 1.9 billion in cash following a raid on an international online gambling syndicate in the Hayam Wuruk office district of Jakarta.

 In addition to Indonesian Rupiah, authorities confiscated 53.82 million Vietnamese Dong and 10,210 US Dollars.

"There are various currencies involved. We will provide further details later, but these are the confirmed figures for now," said Brigadier General Wira Satya Triputra, the Director of General Crimes, during a press conference on Saturday (9/5/2026), as cited by antaranews.com..

The investigation has led to the arrest of 321 foreigners, with 275 already named as suspects. Preliminary findings suggest the syndicate had been operating from the Jakarta office for roughly two months. While the arrested individuals were operational staff, The investigators are now tracking the financial flows and IP addresses to identify the high-level leaders and sponsors who facilitated their entry into Indonesia.
