Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Intelligence and Security Agency prepared dedicated self-service kiosks for printing Police Record Certificates (SKCK) to eliminate direct officer-applicant interactions and prevent illegal extortion.

Senior Intelligence Officer Brigadier General Achmad Ibrahim explained on Wednesday (23/9/2026) that while full online SKCK registration launched in 2025 via the Super Apps Polri, physical document retrieval required further automation.

"One key factor enabling extortion is direct physical contact between officers and applicants," he said. "Our primary goal is to remove those contact points completely."

Under the new system, applicants completing registration online will receive a barcode to scan at automated kiosks, printing physical certificates independently without visiting police stations. Authorities plan to pilot 10 printing kiosks across Jakarta in 2027 before expanding network infrastructure nationally.
