The National Central Bureau Secretariat of Indonesian National Police (INP) Brigadier General Untung Widyatmoko reveals that his party bridged the extradition efforts of Paulus Tannos with law enforcement in Singapore. Tannos is known to be a fugitive from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the e-ID case.
Since being a fugitive a few years ago, Tannos has become one of the fugitives included in the Interpol red notice list.
"Of course we bridge the cooperation between Indonesian and Singaporean law enforcement," said Untung to reporters on Friday (1/24/2025).
Meanwhile, Head of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Setyo Budianto, assures the arrest of Paulus Tannos who was involved in the e-ID corruption case will see its comoletion even though he is no longer an Indonesian citizen.
"It doesn't matter and I hope everything goes smoothly," says KPK Chairman.
