Inp.polri.go.id - Bandarlampung. The Lampung Regional Police launched a dedicated public complaint hotline named "Lapor Pak Kapolda Lampung (Report, Lampung Police Chief)," allowing residents to submit complaints, information, and aspirations directly.

Under the leadership of Lampung Police Chief Brigadier General Yustan Alpiani, the public can reach the hotline at 0821-716-1992 or scan the official QR code provided in publication materials.

"This service is one of the means for the public to submit complaints, information, and aspirations to the Lampung Police. Every report received will be followed up according to applicable regulations," said Lampung Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Yuni Iswandari Yuyun on Thursday (22/10/2026).

She urged residents to provide clear, accurate, and accountable information to ensure effective processing, emphasizing that public participation is vital for enhancing police services and maintaining regional security.
