Just like the one did by President Jokowi when he arrived in Papua on Friday, October 1, 2021. Besides wearing Noken, President Jokowi also stopped in front of a Noken seller lady during his visit to the Regional Leaders Coordination Forum. Besides showing the domestic product preference, President Jokowi also shows the Papua's identity also the identity of an Indonesian president. It is in accordance with the featured programmes of Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) such as KOTEKA (Communication with Political Elites, Religious, and Community Figures), KASUARI (Welfare for the People), SI IPAR (Teaching Police), PEKA (Caring the Community Security and Order), MATOA (Advanced Millennials), and TIFA (Custom-conscious People). The six featured programmes of Binmas Noken of the Indonesian National Police is in synergy with the 2nd Special Autonomy for Papua under the leader of Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe. Until now, Papua managed to held 20th National Sports Week (PON XX) there and opened national and international views in their jargon, "Torang Bisa!" (lit. We Can!). This jargon shows that Papua can compete to achieve the national level. President Jokowi then went to the Lukas Enembe stadium to inspect and inaugurated several venues that will be used in PON XX Papua 2021. Afterwards, Jokowi will visit the Abepura district of Jayapura city to groundbreaking the Papua Youth Creative Hub. Jokowi then would be scheduled to instruct the Regional Leaders Communication Forum from all regions in Papua, which would be held in the Papua Governor's Office. In the night, President would inaugurate PON XX Papua 2021 opening ceremony, centred around the Lukas Enembe stadium, Jayapura regency. The President's visit is planned until Sunday, October 3, 2021.
