inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The results of the Public Perception Survey and Indonesian National Police Performance Evaluation for the Second Quarter of 2026 conducted by Kompas Research and Development (Litbang Kompas) show that public assessment of the professionalism of Indonesian National Police (INP) services has increased compared to the previous year.
The survey recorded an average rating of professionalism for INP services, increasing from 7.76 in 2025 to 8.37 in 2026. Respondents gave positive assessments to the ease of access to services, the resolution of complaints, the quality of service facilities, and the services provided to the public.
Police administrative services remain the most widely utilized by the public. Vehicle registration (STNK) services were the most frequently accessed service at 53.1 percent, followed by driver's license (SIM) services (37 percent), police clearance certificates (SKCK) (27.1 percent), lost certificates (23.1 percent), and vehicle ownership transfers (BPKB) (14.7 percent).
These results align with the various service transformations INP continues to develop through strengthening the Precision Service Center (SPKT Presisi) as an integrated service center, standardizing services across all regional units, strengthening the 24-hour 110 Call Center, and ongoing service evaluation.
The Head of INP Public Relations Division, Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir stated that the survey results serve as a mandate for INP to continue maintaining the quality of service to the public.
"Public trust is a mandate that must be maintained through concrete work. We will continue to improve the quality of service by strengthening personnel professionalism, introducing service innovations, and ensuring that the public receives services that are increasingly easy, fast, and certain," said Johnny.
