inp.polri.go.id - Biak. Personnel of Biak Sub-regional Police secure the celebration of the Lunar New Year 2576 at the Buddha Dharma Temple. This was done to provide a sense of security for Buddhists celebrating Lunar New Year.

"We are securing the activities of the Biak Sub-regional Police with enhanced routine patrol activities (KRYD) from Tuesday to Wednesday led by the Head of Traffic Unit, First Police Inspector Aditya Rizki Ridhotomo," said the Chief of Biak Sub-regional Police Superintendent Ari Setiawan through his written statement on Wednesday (1/29/2025).

He said that this activity aims to provide a sense of security and comfort during the celebration of Lunar New Year in Biak. 

"In this KRYD patrol, we visit places of worship and meet with the administrators of the places of worship," he explained.

He emphasized that police members will carry out anticipatory activities for all possibilities in places of worship during the Lunar New Year celebrations.
