Accompanied by Deputy Chief Inspector General Adex Yudiswan and key operational officials, he highlighted the importance of receiving direct input from media partners to evaluate and improve institutional performance.

"I wanted to meet with fellow journalists today for one single purpose: I want to listen," Chief Dadang said.

He acknowledged that constructive criticism, suggestions, and feedback from journalists are vital for internal improvements, particularly regarding personnel performance, system enhancements, and service management governance across the capital, as reported by antaranews.com.

Demonstrating a commitment to operational transparency and open communication, Chief Dadang launched a dedicated public complaint WhatsApp helpline at 08118129494, operating alongside internal supervision and the Profession and Security functions. He assured that incoming reports and public feedback will be followed up systematically as part of comprehensive institutional evaluations.

Under the "Police with the Community" framework, he highlighted the strategic role of news organizations in communicating public challenges that demand swift responses from law enforcement agencies, reaffirming the department's commitment to delivering professional, transparent, and responsive public services.
