inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) says 117.9 million land plots have been registered and has the economic value of IDR 6.7 trillion.

“As of September 2024, our ministry has registered 117.9 million land plots and added an economic value of IDR 6.7 trillion,” says Minister AHY on Tuesday (9/24/2024).

On the other hand, he revealed a number of work program achievements, one of which was Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL).

According to him, the PTSL program that has been running since 2017 has contributed to the increase in the economic value of the community from the turnover of value generated through Income Tax (PPh), Land and Building Acquisition Fee (BPHTB), Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and Mortgage Rights.

He said that with the increasing number of registered land, the number of Complete Districts/Cities also continues to increase. Until now, as many as 33 districts/cities have been declared as Complete Districts/Cities.

A district/city can be said to be complete if all land areas have been mapped and are spatially complete with no gaps and no overlaps. With that status, the local government can utilize the Complete District/City map, as a basis or baseline in planning regional development and forming future policies.

For this reason, AHY hopes that regional governments, both provincial and district/city, can continue to support his party in implementing land registration.
